How to set up a Video Caller ID?

Step 1: Click on the Video Caller ID section on the left navigation. Post that, click on the “Create Video Caller ID” button to start uploading the video.

Step 2: Add landscape and portrait videos as per the recommendation. Please note landscape video is mandatory to enable Video Caller ID. 

Step 3: Post uploading, you can see the representation of the Video Caller ID in the preview section. Click the “Upload” button to complete the Video Caller ID creation process.

Step 4: After the successful Video Caller ID creation, it will be in an inactive stage. The next step is to “ Add numbers” to activate the Video Caller ID.

Step 5: Select the “Number Group” with which you want the Video Caller ID to be associated or upload a CSV file to add new numbers.

Step 6: Press the “Add” button to activate the Video Caller ID!

  Video playing on the Caller ID is non-clickable. The video ideally should be used to represent the use case of the call to add more context and make it more distinctive from normal calls for users.
