How to list a number on the Truecaller business console?
Step 1: To list a number click on the “Manage Number” button and select the “List phone number” option to upload your numbers
Step 2: Start the number upload process by simply following these steps:
Select the Caller ID - for the numbers to be assigned.
Upload the numbers in .CSV format. Ensure that you use the right format mentioned in the sample CSV, and don't miss out on country code (91) for India.
Don't forget to mark/create the Number Group [For new Accounts users will have to create new Number Groups. For existing accounts you can assign them to an older Number Group or create a new one as per use case]
Press the submit button after successfully uploading your numbers.
