How to list a number on the Truecaller business console?

Step 1: To list a number click on the “Manage Number” button and select the “List phone number” option to upload your numbers




Step 2: Start the number upload process by simply following these steps:

  • Select the Caller ID - for the numbers to be assigned.

  • Upload the numbers in .CSV format. Ensure that you use the right format mentioned in the sample CSV, and don't miss out on country code (91) for India.

  • Don't forget to mark/create the Number Group [For new Accounts users will have to create new Number Groups. For existing accounts you can assign them to an older Number Group or create a new one as per use case] 

  • Press the submit button after successfully uploading your numbers.
