How to enable the User Feedback feature?

Step 1: To enable User Feedback, login into your Truecaller business console. Click on the User Feedback option from the left navigation menu. Post that click on the “Enable User Feedback” button to enable the feature.

Step 2: Click the “Enable” button to activate the User Feedback feature; post going through the “Terms of Service.”

Step 3: The User Feedback feature is now enabled on the business console.
