How to activate Number Grouping on the Truecaller business console?

Number Grouping for new users on the Truecaller business console:

Step1: Post completion of your onboarding and payment checkout, users can start with creating your Business Caller ID/Label


Step 2: Caller ID/Label Creation
  • Ensure your using a 200x200px logo in a PNG format.


  • Add your label name


  • Choose your business category



Step 3: Click on the “Manager Number” button and select “List phone number” option to upload your numbers and add “Number Grouping”


Step 4: Create “Number Grouping” for the selected Label to group numbers as per use case/calling process. Post that upload the .CSV file with numbers.


Step 5: On completion of the successful number listing with “Number Grouping”, you  will get an success message of number upload and Number Grouping assigned.


Number Grouping for existing users on the Truecaller business console:

Step1: Click on the “Manager Number”  button on Truecaller business console and select “Update number group” option to update “Number Grouping”.


Step 2: Create “Number Grouping” as per use case/calling process. Post that upload the .CSV file with numbers.


Step 3: While uploading new numbers you can create New Number Grouping or Add to your existing Number Groups.


Step 4: On completion of the successful Number Grouping update, you will get an success message of number upload and Number Grouping assigned.
